I just bought oblivion, specifically the game of the year deluxe edition on steam, which means it should have all the dlc. But, when i go into the game and find the shivering isles island, it's all a bunch of yellow diamonds with exclamation points. the npc's are still there and their dialogue subtitles show up, but they don't actually have voiced lines.
