I have strong feelings we will be changing it to next year. We chose to do Budapest first only because we wanted the extra time to see the city. Our flight should arrive in Budapest by mid morning, so that gives us 2 1/2 days to explore. If we had gone from Prague to Budapest, we would lose that time.
