put your multimeter across the fuse and ground (ignition on) - see voltage ? good, no ? figure out why. find the wiper motor, and the wires going to it. this service manual is for a NB, but I suspect the motor testing details (and the motors) are the same. No volts there ? something between the fuse and the motor is broken so: check the switch.
Hi, I am only new here and this is my 2nd Mazda, it's a 2007 2.3L Mazda3 GT Sport Hatchback and I'm having the following technical issue: Intermittent Wipers and Automatic Headlights do not work at all. Headlights and wipers work manually in the other control arm switch positions. I have the Rain sensing wipers as an "Add On".
Re: Windshield wipers only thing not working. Remove the wiper arm, tilt arm to remover wiper, install new wiper. Time, less than 5 minutes. i.touge and MorrisGray.
Had this on 2010 Escape. SOLVED! My rear wiper motor was fused, draining my battery. I pulled the fuse. Washer fluid pump still working… A week later I removed the bad rear wiper motor ( on the glass of the hatch), getting ready to replace it the next day. After I unplugged the power to the rear motor, MY WIPER FLUID PUMP WOULD NOT WORK.

The rear wiper still works and responds to the switch, the windshield washer fluid pumps still respond but the front wipers no longer respond at all regardless of what position I turn the
