Ah, you activate the Forensic Scanner, then face the Batmobile where the question marks are heading and keep using the Scanner, the question marks will lead you to a spot on the wall somewhere with a circle with question marks, use the Cannon to shoot the wall, it will reveal a trophy inside the wall.
